Graeme’s, Rafale, Multi Role Combat Fighter
Wednesday, February 25th, 2009Graeme’s aircraft is a kit supplied by Aviation Design from France, and is 1/7 th scale. The aircraft weighs approximately 24 pounds and will be powered by a Jet Cat 120 Turbine.
The full size Rafale is a twin jet combat aircraft, designed for both short and long range missions, including ground attack and air superiority roles. As of July 2008, 120 Rafales had been delivered to the French Air Force and Navy, the Naval aircraft are currently deployed aboard the French aircraft carrier the Charles de Gaulle.
