The TCMAC Seaplane event had to be held at the Holbrook Boat Club near the Great Aussie Resort as the water level in the Hume Dam was low. The low levels did not stop the enthusiasm of the flyers and as always the event attracted people from near a far.

The flight line back in the 36 Mhz day required a FAT controller and a lot of work to prevent any transmitter mix ups. Safety was always a priority with the safety officer keeping a close eye on the pilots. The crash / recovery boat provided an essential service in the event of a dead stick or worse.

This years event is nearing so its time to dust of the Seaplane and get flying.
